Every commission is different making it difficult to give an accurate quote without a brief. However, the following is a good starting place and will give you an idea of costs.  For an accurate quote please contact me with the details of your shoot and I will get back ASAP with the details.

£395.00 for up to two hours shooting
£100.00  for each extra hour up to a total of six hours
£75.00 for hours over six hours in total
Travel over 90 mins is charged at £50.00 per hour
The longer the shoot the more wiggle room there is on prices.

Within Greater London, travel is included at no additional cost. However, for shoots requiring extensive equipment, additional charges may apply to cover taxi fares or parking fees.

For locations outside London, travel is charged at cost. For morning shoots 100 miles or more from London, a budget hotel stay will be arranged to ensure punctuality and optimal preparation for your event, allowing me to arrive refreshed and ready to deliver top-quality results.

All standard photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and flashes, is included in the price. Should your project require specialist equipment—such as advanced lighting setups, giant flagging, or van hire—these will incur an additional charge. Let’s discuss your specific requirements to create the perfect package for your needs.

The client is supplied with a generous number of images.  Obviously, the number will depend on the shoot but as a rough guide you can expect the following

2 hour shoot  | 100+ images
4 hour shoot  | 200 - 400+ images 
6 hour shoot  |  300 - 500+ images *

All images supplied from your corporate shoot are licensed for your business to use across digital and print platforms, such as websites, social media, and marketing materials. While you have the right to use the images as agreed, I retain the copyright and the right to use the photographs for my portfolio, website, and promotional purposes. If you require exclusivity or specific usage rights, we can discuss and customize a license to fit your needs. This approach ensures professional flexibility while protecting the integrity of the work.
